Life in Isfahan, Iran

Isfahan has a population of 1.5 million.  It is the third largest city in Iran and is famous for its beautiful Persian rugs, textiles, enamels and other handicrafts.  Its industries include steel manufacturing, oil refineries and aircraft manufacturing.   The people are kind, welcoming and laid back. Here are some photographs of everyday life in Isfahan.
